Synquant AI LLC sells software products and digital goods that are intangible. Once a purchase is made, the product is delivered and/or accessible immediately. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accept this no-refund policy.

2. Digital Products

Since these products can be duplicated, transferred, or used indefinitely once delivered, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

4. Custom Development Services

Custom software development, consulting, and professional services are subject to separate contractual agreements. Payments for completed work are non-refundable. Deposits or advance payments are also non-refundable once work has commenced.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms of Service. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly. Initiating a chargeback may result in:

• Immediate termination of your license and access
• Being banned from future purchases
• Collection action for valid charges
• Reporting to credit agencies
